We have professional technical and service teams, and 40% of our employees are experienced technical staffs who are able to solve any problem from customers in very shortest time with high efficiency. SBI has implemented overall workflow management of products, with documents written in details from incoming materials to finished parts with package to secure accuracy and success of each step. SBI passed ISO9001 quality certification in 2000 and found its own bearing inspection center in 2008. For years, SBI has been received and passed many times of factory validations from various independent European regulatory authorities as DNV, ABS, RINA and SGS.
At present, SBI provides various types of bearings with an inner diameter from 50mm to 6000mm and accept both OEM and ODM orders. Approximately 80% of our products are exported to Europe, USA and Japan. We have received broad recognition from our customers because Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP), Product Data management (PDM) together with CNC machines are adopted in company to guarantee strict quality control and fast delivery cycles.
